Fin
The night was young and the bar had been packed. Willy had not played, he'd only been there with Fin to enjoy the band. But the crowd was thick and Willy was a bit tipsy on white Russians and he dragged Fin out of the bar and into the night.
"Mmm, my love, what do you wish?" he asked, Fin's hands in his own. He pulled him close and kissed him, lips then brow. "I will give you your grandest desire, you need but ask."
Hardly a new offer- they both knew Fin's flights of fancy were Willy's pleasure to fulfil.

Willy laughed well and true and nuzzled in against Fin's neck.
"Oh, I do love you, my precious," he said. "But this is not getting us to my chambers..."
no subject
"Mmm, right, sorry. Lead the way, my prince," Fin laughed.

Willy stole one more kiss, utterly charmed by Fin, then lead him along through the city streets. They approached a cathedral and Willy took Fin through the grounds to an outbuilding. The arched doorway lay in shadow, thick vines twining up around it.
"Here we are," he said, passing his hand over the doorway. Then he took hold of the handle and opened the door. Inside was no dank little storage area- instead it opened into a dim but oppulant chamber with glittering gems and gossamer drapes. It smelled sweet like fresh fruit. As they stepped through candles lit themselves.
"Come into my room," he said softly.

Fin held Willy's arm, not wanting to trip or fall in an unfamiliar space.
"It smells lovely... Tell me what it looks like, Willy. Tell me everything I can't see," he begged softly.
no subject
It sprang to life, immediately warm and welcoming.
"From here the bed is behind us. It is draped with fine green bedding. Plush pillows. A canopy of gossamer to keep away bugs and sprites. And there is decor- mostly from my childhood. I have playsets of soldiers. Chess. A game of glass orbs..."

"It sounds beautiful, Will," Fin said softly. "I wish I could see it."
Holding his hands out, he let the fire warm them, his heart aching at the realization that there were so many wonders in Willy's world that he'd never lay eyes on now.

A wish. A direct wish. That gave Willy all kinds of leeway.
"Of course. As you wish," he said, then touched Fin's forehead. In the man;s mind appeared as if it were a memory the image of the room from Willy's perspective. It was hardly seeing. More like remembering.
But it was something, no matter how brief.

Fin gasped, shocked by how vivid it all was. It was strange, like remembering someone else's dream, but he took it all in, memorizing it and making it his own.
"I forget sometimes... That you- You're, you know, magic."

"It was strange, but it worked, I think," Fin smiled. "Thank you, Willy."

"You're generous, Will- Just promise me you'll not do anything that proves to be too hard on you," Fin said gently.

"Don't say that," Fin said, growing serious as his tone went from soft to scolding. "Don't ever say things like that, Will. I don't want to exist without you."
no subject
Rather than refute or protest, Willy slowly caught hold of Fin's face and kissed him.
"Hush pet, no more words. Hush now," he said softly. "Now is a time to play princes, not worry of other things..."
no subject
Fin moaned into the kiss, arching into it and holding on tightly.
"I love you, Will," he murmured.

Willy plunged his fingers into Fin's hair to cradle his head and kissed him deeply. His tongue glided against the other mans, tasting every bit of him. He finally had to break away, breathless and wanting.
"I spent many years in this room," he said. "My first harp is still here...would you like me to play for you?" he offered, body formed against Fin's.
no subject
"You can play the harp? ...Of course you can," Fin laughed, shaking his head and smiling. "Yeah- Yeah, I'd love to hear you play, Will. I bet you're brilliant."
He kissed Willy's cheek, then held the fae's arm to let himself be guided to where he could sit and listen.

Willy took him to the bed and laid him down, then moved away to find his harp. The golden strings were perfectly in tune and the song Willy chose to play was an ancient lullaby he'd been raised on.
"Do your best to not fall asleep," he said warmly.
no subject
Fin settled in, laying back as the music washed over him. It was beautiful, but he wasn't surprised at all. Willy was so very talented... he made the most beautiful music, no matter what instrument he chose.
no subject
Willy played for him and the song itself was an enchantment, sparking images in Fin's mind. Not the same as seeing but a consolation prize in a way. Images of the room, of Willy playing, of the sight of himself stretched out- clearly from Willy's perspective.

"You are the most beautiful thing I have ever seen," Willy replied, his fingers leaving the harp strings so he could caress Fin's supple body.

"I'm so lucky to have you, Will. You mean the world to me," he confessed quietly. "My life would be empty without you."
no subject
"I believe the same. My life has had no meaning for so many years. But now I have you and the world has opened up to me," he replied. Willy kissed him softly, just a gentle brush of his lips and breath. "I love you."
